A metro man has been arrested after police say he broke into a church on the city's northwest side. Dana Ivan Bradshaw, 52, was arrested on a burglary complaint.
According to the report, the Rev. Terry Tubbs called police after he discovered the front door of the Harvest of Souls Church was broken. Inside, he told police, he found Bradshaw who told the pastor he was "cleaning."
The pastor told police he had never seen Bradshaw before and he was not authorized to clean the church.
Officers arrested Bradshaw and searched the church. According to the report, police found food and cleaning supplies stacked near an open back door and a locked cabinet broken into.
